Laundromat FAQ
Our laundromat is open from 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Last wash is at 9:00 p.m.
Yes, we have attendants on hand to offer you any assistance or answer any questions you may have.
Our laundromat is a coin store. Our machines operate with quarters, and we have a change machine on site if you need change.
Yes, we have large machine that can handle large items like comforters and sleeping bags.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your clothes for us to wash for you any time between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
We use premium detergents like Kirkland detergent and All Free & Clear. You can upgrade to Tide or Gain for $.15/lb.
Our next day wash and fold service is only $2.19 a pound!
Our minimum for fluff and fold is $30.
Your clean clothes will be ready for you to pick up in 24 hours.
No, we do not. We never mix our clients laundry. We know that this leads to mix-ups and cross contamination.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer pickup and delivery Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 10:00 am & 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
We offer FREE pickup and delivery service so our price per pound is the same as our drop off price of $2.19 a pound!
There is a $50 minimum order for pickup and delivery orders.
Your clean clothes will be returned to you in 48 hours. Friday pickups are returned on Monday.
To schedule a pickup just click on the Schedule a Pickup button and input your information. It generally takes less than 2 minutes.
You do not. Just let us know in the Driver's Notes where you will be leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to find your laundry bags. Please be sure it is a secure location. Laundry Day Away is not responsible for stolen laundry.
When you place your order there is a section called Preferences where you can let us know if you have any special laundry instructions. These notes are saved and done every time you place an order.
We do not ask our customers to commit to any long-time contract. We know that you will stick with us as long as we continue to provide exceptional service.
When you place your order online we will ask for your credit / debit card information. Your card will not be charged until your laundry is completed.
We recommend that you put your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that can be cinched closed.
If you are signed up for recurring service and you will be out of town, just log into your account and suspend your service until you return.
